If you have not received your order in a timely manner, please contact the restaurant to see when it was shipped.

If your food order has already been prepared you are obligated to keep the order as is. If unsure call the restaurant and see if it can be cancelled.

WWMalls has its own drivers who will pick up your order as soon as it is ready and deliver it to you asap.

No. Food orders are custom orders and therefore need to be paid for in advance.
